Who is Jesus?

Finally, the long-anticipated release of Who is Jesus?  The day was brilliant, we started pre-assembling the image (just to make sure it would work) at 8:00am, and didn’t finish the first run until 11:30am.

Our crew was amazing. Each person was asked to recreate a random shape on the front (using as much creativity as possible), and answer the question, “Who is Jesus?” on the back. On those 2 foot squares of paper are broken records, juice boxes, paper mache sculptures, burned paper, string, bottle caps, intricate works of art, typography, rice, music sheets, pastels, feathers, paintings, and such an assortment of creativity that blessed everyone involved. What an experience.

Filming began at 12:30pm and ran for two hours.  And this is what we came up with.  Thanks to everyone who worked so hard and approached the throne of worship through this experience.

And now, may God bless you, rest your soul somewhat, and speak truth into your heart,

About Shaun

Most comfortable with people shorter than him, Shaun is able to leap over smaller people, medium-sized playground equipment and little barking dogs in a single bound. He is the proud daddy of a loud daughter named Kaelyn, a surfer kid named Joshua, and a bobblehead boy named Micah. He is married to an incredible teammate named Michelle. As a religious education teacher and Campus Pastor, Shaun desires to build community and discussion within the emerging generations. He is deeply passionate about digging for the 'real', and loves being around people who strive for authenticity. Shaun also happens to think that the phrase "bok choy" is possibly the most hilarious combination of words in the history of humanity.
