A common thing I have seen with most of the people I have talked to and helped is that they feel worthless. They say things like “I’m not worth your time.”, “You probably have better things to do.”, “Nobody actually loves me”, “If I told you then you would hate me.” and many things like that. My answer to all of those in order are, yes you are, no I don’t, people do, and no I won’t. Everyone is priceless. Your value isn’t determined by what you have done, what you wear, how many friends you have, if you have a gf or bf, or whether people like or dislike you. Your value is determined by God. God says you are priceless.
Are not five sparrows sold for two pennies? And not one of them is forgotten before God. Why, even the hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not; you are of more value than many sparrows.
Feeling worthless is a very common lie that the devil plants in your mind. It’s not true at all. There is not buts or what ifs. There is only the truth. The truth is that God loves you beyond anything else. That there will always be someone who cares for you. That there will always be someone who wants to help you. That you priceless.
For King and Country has a song, book, and movie out called priceless. (Song is below) I ordered the book a couple of days ago and will be getting it soon. The book and movie are about a guy who loses his wife and daughter. So trying to make some money he gets paid by someone to drive a truck across the country with stuff in the back. Although, later he discovers that there are two women in the back who are being trafficked. So he does what he can to save them. Stuff like this happens all the time. Stuff like this makes people feel worthless. Also when people around you say you should do this and that and change this about yourself it makes you feel like you aren’t good enough. I have something to tell you though. You are beautiful, you are worth my time, you are priceless, you are loved. No one can tell you otherwise because the King of Kings, our Father has said so. “I see you dressed in white, every wrong made right.”
